The Low Salt Life™ is a 6-week, 1:1 coaching experience designed to help you confidently eat low sodium, reduce overwhelm, and build a sustainable low-salt lifestyle that actually works in real life.
This program brings together everything I’ve learned through years of specializing in low-sodium nutrition and working closely with clients who need to reduce salt for heart health, blood pressure, fluid balance, and overall wellbeing. You’ll learn how to identify where sodium is hiding in your diet, understand how it affects your body, and make changes that feel doable — not restrictive.
Rather than following rigid rules or generic meal plans, The Low Salt Life™ uses an individualized, whole-person approach. Together, we focus on education, practical strategy, and habit change so you can become confident reading labels, navigating restaurants, grocery shopping with ease, and enjoying food again — without constantly stressing about salt.
